Macha AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Erubiel Hunfredo scored to the left of an out of position Steffen Januszewski, making the score, 1-0. Emanuel Selatse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester fc's zone, Serafin Bautista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Modestio came out of the goal and Serafin Bautista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Erubiel Hunfredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macha AFC's Steffen Januszewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Steffen Januszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Hunfredo in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Astudillo in the 44th minute of play forced Macha AFC's goalkeeper Steffen Januszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Selatse to strike the kick off in the second half. When Vinicio Astudillo fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester fc's protests and gave Vinicio Astudillo a yellow card for diving instead. Vinicio Astudillo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Macha AFC defense, Vinicio Astudillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steffen Januszewski. The Macha AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steffen Januszewski should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Erubiel Hunfredo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Steffen Januszewski was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Vinicio Astudillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute.
