Spectators: 7257 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 120) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when David Israel Carmel took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Sepo Nurm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd minute of the match Cornelio Afonso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Rencio skillfully saved the ball. Vinicio Astudillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Candelaria's Delmar Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Astudillo in the 16th minute of play. Vinicio Astudillo took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmar Rencio. Delmar Rencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 25 minutes of play, Candelaria's Sergio Argi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio Modestio was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Sergio Argi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Delmar Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Hunfredo in the 33rd minute of play. If Sergio Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 minutes of play, Candelaria's Sergio Argi made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio Modestio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sergio Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Claudio Modestio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fidel Bazil during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Manchester fc's Fidel Bazil got a free kick in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erubiel Hunfredo made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goalkeeper Delmar Rencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinicio Astudillo. 55 minutes into the game, Candelaria's Sergio Argi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Modestio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Claudio Modestio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Argi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 minutes of play, Candelaria's David Israel Carmel made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio Modestio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Delmar Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Hunfredo in the 64th minute of play. Johannes de Jong scored 5-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Modestio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 83 minutes into the match, Johannes de Jong notched a goal, 7-2, to the right of Manchester fc's Claudio Modestio. Claudio Modestio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claudio Modestio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johannes de Jong went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Hunfredo in the 90th minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Delmar Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Astudillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Delmar Rencio made a huge save. Candelaria were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Manchester fc for a fine match.
