With his leg Simon Abilio managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Alberdi FC's Gavino Bermudo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Simon Abilio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gavino Bermudo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Gavino Bermudo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Simon Abilio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Atletic Barça's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Atarrabi came free, but Simon Abilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Ulizes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Endura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldo Sengrat kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Simon Abilio was a little too slow when Gavino Bermudo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. Gavino Bermudo in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Simon Abilio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Bermudo in the 28th minute of play forced Atletic Barça's goalkeeper Simon Abilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Atletic Barça's Justo Endura got a free kick in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Alberdi FC's Lázaro Atarrabi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Abilio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Gavino Bermudo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Simon Abilio. That made the score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. Gavino Bermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Abilio having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gavino Bermudo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Alberdi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Luzea to maneuver through the defense. The Alberdi FC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Alberdi FC's Gavino Bermudo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 minutes, Nicolas Hartz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alberdi FC and the Atletic Barça players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Nicolas Hartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atletic Barça's Ricardo Estevez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Florentino Ulizes but with some difficulty. After 66 played minutes Alberdi FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Hartz. Florentino Ulizes made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Fabricio Froylan sent off a good shot on target. Florentino Ulizes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Endura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Inocencio Tavio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Atletic Barça's Simon Abilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Sengrat in the 73rd minute of play. Simon Abilio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gavino Bermudo's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Inocencio Tavio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletic Barça's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Tavio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Ulizes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, Alberdi FC's goalkeeper Florentino Ulizes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justo Endura. 82 minutes into the game, Alberdi FC's Gavino Bermudo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Abilio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. A hard shot 89 in the game by Justo Endura from a close distance when the talented Florentino Ulizes managed to make a qualified save. Alberdi FC's players were relieved. Aldo Sengrat hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ricardo Estevez charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardo Estevez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Alberdi FC booed when Atletic Barça was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Estevez didn't get a good kick on the ball.
