Lucas Maria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anibal Rayman might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florentino Ulizes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anibal Rayman ran back to his position shaking his head. Florentino Ulizes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Rayman in the 18th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Benjamin Mendebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Santxol kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Alberdi FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Abella. Anibal Rayman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Florentino Ulizes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 48th minute, Alberto Peyo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Ulizes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anibal Rayman to make the kick off. In the 99th minute Guaberto Gelmiro saw that he had a good position to shoot and he shot a long ball on target, but the ball went just outside the left post.
