Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5605, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marciano Chinto took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantino Velasco during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Constantino Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the game, Lileo's Braulio Ostargi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacio Hernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 14 minutes into the game, Marciano Chinto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Willian Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute Marciano Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 played minutes Riquelmista got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Licerio. In the 29th minute, Braulio Ostargi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lileo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Riquelmista's goalkeeper Ignacio Hernandez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Willian Godoi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 36th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ciro Jaunti. After a rather tough play, Lileo's Agustin Rioja got a free kick in the 38th minute. Willian Godoi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dragoş Brășneanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 40 minute of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Braulio Ostargi made a kick off. Ignacio Hernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Braulio Ostargi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 51 minute of play. Americo Ursino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Hernandez having to interfere. Lileo's Agustin Rioja got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Astor Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Braulio Ostargi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ignacio Hernandez. Braulio Ostargi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. When Marciano Chinto came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Riquelmista fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Chinto couldn't finish the play. After 80 minutes, Gaudencio Tohias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riquelmista and the Lileo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Riquelmista getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Gaudencio Tohias hit a great ball. Lileo's Astor Jakobe got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lileo's Willian Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Chinto in the 84th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Marciano Chinto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Willian Godoi was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The Riquelmista fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lileo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
