Riquelmista's Ignacio Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franky Mangkulangit in the 3rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dante Emenon in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignacio Hernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 6 minutes into the match, Dante Emenon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ignacio Hernandez. Riquelmista's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dante Emenon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Baykam Özarı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ignacio Hernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, Ampatilla's Franky Mangkulangit made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ignacio Hernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Inocencio Hechter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Tohias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Loco Milei, 1-2. Marciano Chinto kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franky Mangkulangit in the 34th minute of play forced Riquelmista's goalkeeper Ignacio Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dante Emenon went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Franky Mangkulangit might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ignacio Hernandez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franky Mangkulangit ran back to his position shaking his head. Ignacio Hernandez came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ampatilla's Dante Emenon. But to his dismay, Dante Emenon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dante Emenon to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes Ampatilla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gaudencio Tohias who took care of the corner kick. The Ampatilla fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Ampatilla's Baykam Özarı looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gaudencio Tohias struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Loco Milei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riquelmista. After a defensive mix-up in Ampatilla's zone, Marciano Chinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loco Milei came out of the goal and Marciano Chinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ignacio Hernandez was a little too slow when Dante Emenon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-7. In the 70th minute Marciano Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Milei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Emenon struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Ignacio Hernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ampatilla.
