An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Mendiko in the 3rd minute of play forced Riquelmista's goalkeeper Ignacio Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Bartolo Lauaxeta managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Riquelmista's Marciano Chinto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 12th minute, Maximino Mendiko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taco AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Dragoş Brășneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Aquilino Abeita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Taco AFC booed when Riquelmista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Cordaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Riquelmista's Ignacio Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Mendiko in the 20th minute of play. Teodoro Martino thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Bartolo Lauaxeta, a very annoying self made goal in the 26th minute which led to 1-1. Ignacio Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Mendiko in the 32nd minute of play. Ignacio Hernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquilino Abeita's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Ignacio Hernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Mendiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 81st minute, Marciano Chinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute of the match Julian Su shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ignacio Hernandez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bartolo Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Chinto in the 84th minute of play. Maximino Mendiko struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ignacio Hernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taco AFC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Bastia got free with Ignacio Hernandez in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 played minutes Taco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Txeru. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marciano Chinto in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Lauaxeta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Riquelmista's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
