The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th play minute Silvano Lia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nunez Jurgi. 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Yiğit Can Dahi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gordioro Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Casares the free kick. Gordioro Futbol Club's Eleuterio Igon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Txatxu in the 14th minute of play. Silvano Lia struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Nunez Jurgi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gordioro Futbol Club. The supporters of Gordioro Futbol Club booed when Casares was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Aritza didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Lia in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Jurgi saved Casares from getting behind. The supporters of Casares booed when Gordioro Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Luzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nunez Jurgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Medero in the 27th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Silvano Lia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nunez Jurgi. The goal made the score 3-0. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Silvano Lia put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nunez Jurgi. Urbano Vellito's late challenge caught a Gordioro Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urbano Vellito helped the player get up and apologised. Tiburcio Medero's shot from long distance in the 43rd minute was not bad at all, but Casares's Nunez Jurgi knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Ruben Satordi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Celestino Mede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leandro Txatxu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Casares getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Marcos Baudelio hit a great ball. After 53 minutes, Silvano Lia made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Casares's Nunez Jurgi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Candido Aritza hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute of the match Tiburcio Medero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nunez Jurgi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gaspar Ortle kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Marcos Baudelio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Silvano Lia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Lia in the 67th minute of play forced Casares's goalkeeper Nunez Jurgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nunez Jurgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Lia, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute, Tiburcio Medero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gordioro Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Lia in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nunez Jurgi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Casares getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Leandro Txatxu hit a great ball. Tiburcio Medero took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nunez Jurgi. Nunez Jurgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The audience was convinced that Silvano Lia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nunez Jurgi was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Casares's Nunez Jurgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Medero in the 86th minute of play. Nunez Jurgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Lia, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Tiburcio Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute of the game, Yiğit Can Dahi landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Marcos Baudelio's late challenge caught a Gordioro Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Baudelio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Marcos Baudelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nunez Jurgi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gordioro Futbol Club's Silvano Lia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Gordioro Futbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
