Avellaneda's Fabian Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Martxelin in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avellaneda's goalkeeper Fabian Haritzeder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Laurin in the 22nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evelio Gai in the 25th managed to get into a good position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Gai in the 45th minute of play forced Primarai FC's goalkeeper Jaime Tadzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Esteban Martxelin took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Fabian Haritzeder to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Esteban Martxelin was the one to do the kick off. Silvestre Socorro hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Celestino Eguntsenti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Buinton struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Fabian Haritzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Primarai FC.
