Amado Lia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Froylan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Efrain Pueblo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 10 minutes into the game, Ovidio Froylan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Amado Lia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Froylan in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amado Lia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the game, Placido Ramos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Amado Lia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amado Lia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Froylan in the 22nd minute of play. When Placido Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the PIRULO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Ramos couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Romulo Iyan put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Amado Lia. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Placido Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. PIRULO's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amado Lia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, Ovidio Froylan made a precise shot to the right of Amado Lia. FortinerosCaserosClub's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Ovidio Froylan took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amado Lia. Amado Lia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Amado Lia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Froylan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ovidio Froylan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Lia having to make a save. 56 minutes in the game, Placido Ramos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Amado Lia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Ramos in the 57th minute of play forced FortinerosCaserosClub's goalkeeper Amado Lia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicasio Ponciano charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicasio Ponciano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FortinerosCaserosClub getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Nicasio Ponciano hit a great ball. If Placido Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidio Froylan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Lia having to make a save. Ovidio Froylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Amado Lia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Denis Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amado Lia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. In the 86th minute, FortinerosCaserosClub's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ovidio Froylan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. FortinerosCaserosClub's Amado Lia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Ramos in the 91st minute of play. After a rather tough play, PIRULO's Fabricio Blasi got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Mariano Egoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FortinerosCaserosClub fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. When the final whistle sounded PIRULO left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FortinerosCaserosClub.
