Osvaldo Potente started the match with the kick off. Echegoyen FC's Milio Ortega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武崇亮 in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osvaldo Potente got free with Milio Ortega in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Echegoyen FC's goalkeeper Milio Ortega had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Potente. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sixto Gilabert in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cazimir Maior prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sixto Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Iturri in the 21st minute of play forced ESCOBA DE 15 FC's goalkeeper Cazimir Maior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes ESCOBA DE 15 FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Sengrat. Milio Ortega stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 武崇亮's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Milio Ortega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pantelis Athanasakis in the 37th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Echegoyen FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Machado. ESCOBA DE 15 FC were furious when Donato Iraido was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Mariano Urbes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixto Gilabert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Cazimir Maior managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Echegoyen FC's Sixto Gilabert fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 56th minute 武崇亮 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milio Ortega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixto Gilabert scored 2-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cazimir Maior, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pantelis Athanasakis in the 68th minute of play forced Echegoyen FC's goalkeeper Milio Ortega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Hanni hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Echegoyen FC got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Hanni. Fabián Monzón's late challenge caught a Echegoyen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabián Monzón helped the player get up and apologised. Milio Ortega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Arsenio Boni in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Echegoyen FC's Roberto Machado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Iturri in the 92nd minute of play forced ESCOBA DE 15 FC's goalkeeper Cazimir Maior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cazimir Maior had great luck who in the 93rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Alonzo Iturri from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
