In the 15th minute Ovidio Argi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Tworek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Aritza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Boruc Tworek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Boruc Tworek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Ederono in the 31st minute. Fernando Intxixu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match.
