When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Fidel Fibell put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jesus Raphael. Sacachispas were furious when Esteve Nastasio was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 27 minutes into the game, one of Sacachispas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After having played for 32 minutes, Filiberto Karmel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REY DE COPAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiberto Karmel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Medero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of REY DE COPAS booed when Sacachispas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Frederik didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cesar Goyo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the REY DE COPAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Goyo couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the game, REY DE COPAS's Fidel Fibell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesus Raphael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.

After 53 played minutes Sacachispas got a freekick which was hit by Armando Frederik. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Fidel Fibell managed to get in a good position for a shot. REY DE COPAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Fibell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Raphael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match.
