Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Feliberto Cresitobalo kicked off to start the match. A collision led to REY DE COPAS getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Casimiro Frances hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Fidel Fibell sped through Olascoaga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelino Mikeldi. Feliberto Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Tiburcio Iigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliberto Cresitobalo got free with Tiburcio Iigo in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliberto Cresitobalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Iigo having to interfere. Marcelino Mikeldi came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by REY DE COPAS's Fidel Fibell. But to his dismay, Fidel Fibell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Marcelino Mikeldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Fibell, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Fidel Fibell fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored REY DE COPAS's protests and gave Fidel Fibell a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Olascoaga booed when REY DE COPAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Fibell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Nesor struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Marcelino Mikeldi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REY DE COPAS. Fidel Fibell scored 0-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelino Mikeldi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Niceto Nesor managed to get in a good position for a shot. REY DE COPAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Nesor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Mikeldi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filiberto Karmel took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelino Mikeldi. Marcelino Mikeldi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Fibell to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Feliberto Cresitobalo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Iigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Feliberto Cresitobalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olascoaga's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Cresitobalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Iigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Antonio Ladio came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Olascoaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Ladio couldn't finish the play. Narciso Enol kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Feliberto Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Tiburcio Iigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Ladio struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. In the 75th match minute, REY DE COPAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Goyo to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Mikeldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Fibell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of REY DE COPAS booed when Olascoaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Lizer didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Filiberto Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th match minute, REY DE COPAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Aguilera to maneuver through the defense. When Olascoaga's Feliberto Cresitobalo in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye REY DE COPAS's goalie prevented a goal. The REY DE COPAS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing REY DE COPAS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
