In the 4th minute Melchor Oxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Maraman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Simoneta FC's Hans Dalström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavio Maraman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Gustau in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Maraman saved Crespo FC from getting behind. Simoneta FC's Santiago Pello suffered a concussion in the 13th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Hector Ugutz charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Ugutz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes Crespo FC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Ugutz. In the 18th minute, Anacleto Ulizes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelio Venerando made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Melchor Oxel. The supporters of Simoneta FC booed when Crespo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Ulizes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Maraman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Gustau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Ugutz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Leonides Rufio's late challenge caught a Simoneta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonides Rufio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Crespo FC's Leonides Rufio got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Simoneta FC's Hans Dalström got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans Dalström was the one to do the kick off. Octavio Maraman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Tiniebra in the 52nd minute. Severo Banegas hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Damaso Gustau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simoneta FC made a substitution. Humberto Mitxaut replaced Damaso Gustau. After 58 played minutes Simoneta FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Olo. Simoneta FC's Hans Dalström was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 61st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Feliciano Virila hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonatan Pancho during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Crespo FC made a substitution. Jonatan Brun replaced Hector Ugutz. After a rather tough play, Simoneta FC's Jonatan Pancho got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Tiniebra got free with Octavio Maraman in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Crespo FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Anacleto Ulizes hit a great ball. Octavio Maraman made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Augusto Tiniebra sent off a good shot on target. Jonatan Brun hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Hans Dalström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Octavio Maraman skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Simoneta FC's Jonatan Pancho got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Anacleto Ulizes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Simoneta FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Crespo FC throughout the match.
