After a defensive mix-up in Crespo FC's zone, Leonardo Sabrosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Maraman came out of the goal and Leonardo Sabrosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavio Maraman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Sabrosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Sabrosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cuervos F.C.'s Domingos Jenaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Rufio in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Leonardo Sabrosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Octavio Maraman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Clodoveo Perpinya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Lleir scored 1-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domingos Jenaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Teo Columbo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 41 minutes, Clodoveo Perpinya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuervos F.C. and the Crespo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Cuervos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Perpinya to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Feliciano Virila threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cuervos F.C.'s Santo Cabezon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After the first half Cuervos F.C. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciro Menendo to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Leonardo Sabrosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Maraman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Maraman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Menendo in the 55th minute of the match. Andres Gau got his second yellow card in the match during the 58th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Crespo FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Andres Gau hit a great ball. Vinícius Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Jenaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinícius Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. Clodoveo Perpinya kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Ace Jacobs hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Lino Lleir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severo Banegas kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Hector Ugutz kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Crespo FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Hector Ugutz hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Cuervos F.C. defense, Rigoberto Guillerme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Domingos Jenaro. The Cuervos F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingos Jenaro should have stopped the shot. After having played for 82 minutes, Jonatan Brun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crespo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Brun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Leonardo Sabrosa notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Crespo FC's Octavio Maraman. Octavio Maraman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the last second Octavio Maraman throw himself and got hold of the ball when Leonardo Sabrosa in the 89thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, Crespo FC's Sergio Juvenal got a free kick in the 91st minute. Sergio Juvenal charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Juvenal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sergio Juvenal kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Jonatan Brun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Clodoveo Perpinya was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played. Clodoveo Perpinya hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The Cuervos F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
