After 2 played minutes Sape FC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Txaran. Igor Txaran made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chivos's Alonzo Oto. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Wilfredo Cordara put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alvaro Senen. The supporters of Chivos booed when Sape FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Txaran didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Wilfredo Cordara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Cordara in the 14th minute of play forced Sape FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Senen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute of the game Igor Txaran made a throw-in which Jonathan Guillelmo played forward. After some careless play in the Sape FC defense, Wilfredo Cordara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Senen. The Sape FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Senen should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo Cordara in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Senen saved Sape FC from getting behind. In the 24th minute Wilfredo Cordara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Senen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Cordara in the 26th minute of play forced Sape FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Senen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Igor Txaran in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chivos's Ubaldo Oinatz. Alvaro Senen came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Chivos's Wilfredo Cordara. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Cordara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Wilfredo Cordara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Senen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Chivos's attentive Alonzo Oto managed to snatch the ball when Igor Txaran made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. Wilfredo Cordara scored 0-4 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Senen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sape FC's Alvaro Senen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Cordara in the 38th minute of play. Wilfredo Cordara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfredo Cordara was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Sape FC defense, Wilfredo Cordara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Senen. The Sape FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Senen should have stopped the shot. Alvaro Senen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfredo Cordara went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute Luis Cresconio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Atarratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chivos's Wilfredo Cordara got a free kick in the 71st minute. Chivos's Batuhan Modrić was substituted for Wilfredo Cordara. In the 72nd minute, Wilfredo Cordara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Batuhan Modrić notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Sape FC's Alvaro Senen. Alvaro Senen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alvaro Senen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batuhan Modrić in the 77th minute. Batuhan Modrić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chivos's attentive Alonzo Oto managed to snatch the ball when Igor Txaran made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Alvaro Senen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batuhan Modrić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Senen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batuhan Modrić, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Aras Görkem Zümer kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Igor Txaran hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Batuhan Modrić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Senen having to make a save. The Sape FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chivos's performance. The match ended with a win for Chivos.
