Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vinicio Salamon made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Teo Columbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Perpinya cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aquiles Joanes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8th match minute, Carboncito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Porfiro to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Sabrosa in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Joanes saved Carboncito from getting behind. Pascual Rodriguez hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Leonardo Sabrosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Joanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carboncito's Aquiles Joanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Perpinya in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Sabrosa in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Joanes saved Carboncito from getting behind. After 22 played minutes Cuervos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Felix Valiente. Vinicio Salamon, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Cuervos F.C. booed when Carboncito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Porfiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Joanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Menendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ciro Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Sabrosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aquiles Joanes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonardo Sabrosa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 41st minute Clodoveo Perpinya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Joanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cuervos F.C.'s Domingos Jenaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Cuervos F.C. from getting a goal against them.

After 55 minutes, Mauro Porfiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carboncito and the Cuervos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Mauro Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clodoveo Perpinya struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Aquiles Joanes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuervos F.C.. After 57 minutes, Teobaldo Tomi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carboncito and the Cuervos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amadeo Pere made in the 59th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Vinicio Salamon. Aquiles Joanes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clodoveo Perpinya in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Cuervos F.C.'s Clodoveo Perpinya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aquiles Joanes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Carboncito's zone, Clodoveo Perpinya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Joanes came out of the goal and Clodoveo Perpinya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquiles Joanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Sabrosa in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Sabrosa in the 76th minute of play forced Carboncito's goalkeeper Aquiles Joanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leonardo Sabrosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Menendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Aquiles Joanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Carboncito got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Porfiro. Ciro Menendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Joanes having to interfere. Clodoveo Perpinya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Aquiles Joanes made a huge save. Aquiles Joanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Sabrosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Leonardo Sabrosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuervos F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Sabrosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Cuervos F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carboncito throughout the match.
