Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gualterio Furman made the kick off and thus started the match. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th match minute, Latero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Vedillo to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Latero defense, Carlos Abascal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faustino Sansone. The Latero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustino Sansone should have stopped the shot. After 29 minutes, Luis Tavio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Club Victoria and the Latero players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gonzalo Hitzeder was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Roque Gomez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Medardo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Eladio in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faustino Sansone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernando Eladio took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustino Sansone. Faustino Sansone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 40 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Roque Gomez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Medardo. 42 minutes into the match, Latero 's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Eladio came free, but Faustino Sansone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Fernando Eladio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Faustino Sansone was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 44th minute, Albano Aurken got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Eladio to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Cordara in the 56th minute of play forced Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Roque Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Albano Aurken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Club Victoria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Latero the free kick. Albano Aurken hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Roque Gomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Furman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sporting Club Victoria getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Felipe Galindo hit a great ball. When Angelo Medardo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Latero 's protests and gave Angelo Medardo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sporting Club Victoria booed when Latero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Medardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Fernando Eladio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Latero 's Faustino Sansone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Latero 's Gualterio Furman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Gomez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Roque Gomez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Cordara, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 76 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Cordara came free, but Roque Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
