The audience thought a goal was coming when Jessop Salah got free with Carolo Corderall in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carolo Corderall made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jessop Salah sent off a good shot on target. Carolo Corderall was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Refugio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 43 minute of play. Macha FC's Carolo Corderall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Ortigoza in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sumalao FC.
