Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Candido Benat took the kick off in the first half of the match. Candido Benat hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. A collision led to Areco FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Edgardo Domiku hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santo Martinez in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Urtats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Macha FC's Cipriano Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Abaunza in the 20th minute of play. Cipriano Benet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Atarrabi in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Macha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Atarrabi came free, but Cipriano Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Macha FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Cipriano Benet had in the 31stth minute some difficulties stopping Tor Kämpe's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Areco FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Urtats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Nuno. Cipriano Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. With 46 minutes on the clock, Saul Dantae commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Rafael Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Urtats having to interfere. Agustin Abaunza scored 1-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cipriano Benet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabriel Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Martinez in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Dario Nuno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santo Martinez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Urtats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Belasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Cipriano Benet was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Lucio Galo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucio Galo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 86th minute, Rafael Turi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximino Atarrabi might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cipriano Benet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximino Atarrabi ran back to his position shaking his head. Areco FC's Maximino Atarrabi got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aquiles Pirro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Venancio Sendoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Macha FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Maximino Atarrabi scored to the left of an out of position Cipriano Benet, making the score, 1-3.
