In the 10th minute, Morteros's Isauro Sota ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rigoberto Benino. Rigoberto Benino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Tobias Lleir's late challenge caught a Valle 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Lleir helped the player get up and apologised. Tobias Lleir hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Rigoberto Benino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cai Bo Ran showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. Rigoberto Benino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cai Bo Ran in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Hermengildo Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Benino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Morteros's Cai Bo Ran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rigoberto Benino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Morteros's Isauro Sota slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rigoberto Benino. That made the score 5-0 after 30 minutes of play. Alfonso Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Benino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hermengildo Iruinea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 40 minute of play. In the 44th minute, Hermengildo Iruinea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morteros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cai Bo Ran to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Cai Bo Ran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Santo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Etxatxu in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Isauro Sota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Benino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Tobias Lleir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rigoberto Benino. Valle 's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobias Lleir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After a rather tough play, Morteros's Isauro Sota got a free kick in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Iruinea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morteros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valle the free kick. In the 64th minute, Hermengildo Iruinea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Iruinea, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Rigoberto Benino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cai Bo Ran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Isauro Sota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 minutes of play, Morteros's Isauro Sota made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Benino was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Bo Ran in the 79th minute of play forced Valle 's goalkeeper Rigoberto Benino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Valle 's Marco Santo threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfonso Etxatxu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rigoberto Benino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Iruinea in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Valle 's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Bo Ran came free, but Rigoberto Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Santo having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Iruinea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rigoberto Benino. Valle 's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Iruinea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. There was no doubt that Morteros were the better team. Morteros's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
