Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 18 played minutes Valle got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Montrel. After having played for 22 minutes, Arnaldo Bladi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cosquín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Bladi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Marcelo Matteo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ciriaco Caitano to make any attempt to save it. Cosquín FC's Bernabe Harriet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Oidor in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albino Matai in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernabe Harriet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Albino Matai put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bernabe Harriet. The supporters of Valle booed when Cosquín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Araoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cosquín FC's zone, Lino Lucian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernabe Harriet came out of the goal and Lino Lucian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If Albino Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albino Matai was the one to do the kick off. Ciriaco Caitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Magdaleno in the 54th minute of play. Albino Matai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bernabe Harriet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lino Lucian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Valle 's Bernabe Harriet threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Albino Matai, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 66th match minute, Cosquín FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Ibar to maneuver through the defense. Ciriaco Caitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Matteo in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 79thth minute of the game Pascual Magdaleno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valle 's Ciriaco Caitano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Everardo Donio during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Everardo Donio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cosquín FC fully deserved thier win.
