Delmiro Lapurdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Rush, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Rush recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 13 minutes, Ian Rush managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acheral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ian Rush was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rufio Abalos came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Acheral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rufio Abalos couldn't finish the play. Honorato Urre kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Delmiro Lapurdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Rush, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Acheral defense, Fabian Vargas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Urbasa. The Acheral fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Urbasa should have stopped the shot. Tadeo Herrera charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Herrera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Acheral booed when kvn rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmiro Lapurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Cavenaghi in the 27th minute of play. Aurken Maroño charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurken Maroño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Ian Rush left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acheral fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Ian Rush sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yosif Derventski hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Laércio Pontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute Toro Cavenaghi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Lapurdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by kvn rosario's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rufio Abalos was slow to take the kick. During this time Acheral's players had a chance to rest. Ian Rush sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Acheral's Ian Rush got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rufio Abalos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delmiro Lapurdi having to make a save. kvn rosario's Delmiro Lapurdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toro Cavenaghi in the 47th minute of play.

kvn rosario's Ngo Bel was substituted for Cristian Țâpu. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laércio Pontes was the one to do the kick off. Toro Cavenaghi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Delmiro Lapurdi came out and tried to block the shot, but Toro Cavenaghi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 55th minute. Delmiro Lapurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Rush, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 60 minutes of play, Acheral's Toro Cavenaghi made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Lapurdi was left in no man's land by his defense there! kvn rosario's Jacinto Lauren was substituted for Norberto Napolitano. Yosif Derventski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Lapurdi having to interfere. Danilo Urbasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laércio Pontes's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. A hard shot 69 in the game by Toro Cavenaghi from a close distance when the talented Delmiro Lapurdi managed to make a qualified save. kvn rosario's players were relieved. After 72 minutes of play, Acheral's Toro Cavenaghi made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Lapurdi was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, kvn rosario's Delmiro Lapurdi got control of the ball when Toro Cavenaghi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Toro Cavenaghi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th match minute, Acheral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Egun to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Acheral's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio Pontes came free, but Danilo Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Lapurdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Rush in the 85th minute of the match. kvn rosario's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Ian Rush scored to the left of an out of position Delmiro Lapurdi, making the score, 1-7. Ian Rush sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Acheral's Toro Cavenaghi got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Toro Cavenaghi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acheral's supporters rose to their feet, but Toro Cavenaghi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmiro Lapurdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toro Cavenaghi got free with Delmiro Lapurdi in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
