Spectators: 7635 (Terracing: 5727, Seating: 1756, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benjamin Perico started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Benjamin Perico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Merexildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eriberto Charro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Placido Rudolfo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolo Leoiar went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Cordoba Utd's Placido Rudolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Odon in the 14th minute of play. PGE FC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Cordoba Utd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bartolo Leoiar took the corner. In the 21st minute Gil Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Rudolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Placido Rudolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Leoiar in the 23rd minute of the match. Placido Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Placido Rudolfo made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Fabricio Macerio sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th match minute, PGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Godoi to maneuver through the defense. Placido Rudolfo made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Mauro Odon sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 35 minutes, Benjamin Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cordoba Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Perico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartolo Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of PGE FC booed when Cordoba Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Laurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severiano Chuse during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cordoba Utd's Severiano Chuse got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 47th minute, Bartolo Leoiar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Placido Rudolfo. The goal made the score 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartolo Leoiar to strike the kick off in the second half. Cordoba Utd's Placido Rudolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Odon in the 53rd minute of play. Gil Godoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Rudolfo having to make a save. Gil Godoi hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gil Godoi during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, PGE FC's Gil Godoi got a free kick in the 60th minute. Rolando Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Vasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 65th minute Bartolo Leoiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Rudolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Florencio Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th match minute, PGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Godoi to maneuver through the defense. Placido Rudolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Godoi in the 74th minute of play forced Cordoba Utd's goalkeeper Placido Rudolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Odon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Placido Rudolfo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. When PGE FC's Gil Godoi in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cordoba Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Placido Rudolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Leoiar in the 83rd minute of play. Mauro Odon scored 4-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Placido Rudolfo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 87 played minutes PGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Adrio. Saturnino Ospin's late challenge caught a Cordoba Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saturnino Ospin helped the player get up and apologised. Saturnino Ospin kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the PGE FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
