Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 8 minutes, Aaron Rojelio made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rio Cuarto FC's Nicasio Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Rio Cuarto FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ismael Aballe hit a great ball. Casimiro Erdiano's late challenge caught a Rio Cuarto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Erdiano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rio Cuarto FC booed when El Patriarca ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Erdiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th match minute, El Patriarca ® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Leoiar to maneuver through the defense. After 17 minutes, Florencio Leoiar made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rio Cuarto FC's Nicasio Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aaron Rojelio in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicasio Navarro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 22nd minute, Aaron Rojelio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Patriarca ® fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Nicklas Vennerlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute Rio Cuarto FC were awarded a corner. Obi Wan went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Rojelio in the 31st minute of play forced Rio Cuarto FC's goalkeeper Nicasio Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Rojelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of El Patriarca ® booed when Rio Cuarto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Pacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aaron Rojelio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Rio Cuarto FC defense, Aaron Rojelio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicasio Navarro. The Rio Cuarto FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicasio Navarro should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Rojelio got free with Nicasio Navarro in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th minute, Florencio Leoiar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Aballe was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Florencio Leoiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Patriarca ®'s supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Leoiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicasio Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aaron Rojelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Nicasio Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, El Patriarca ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Aballe came free, but Nicklas Vennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Florencio Leoiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicasio Navarro was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Rio Cuarto FC's Adrian Ponciano got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicasio Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florencio Leoiar's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Nicasio Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute Aaron Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Aaron Rojelio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicasio Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 77th minute, Florencio Leoiar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 80th minute Aaron Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81st play minutes Aaron Rojelio shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Nicasio Navarro and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 84th minute, Florencio Leoiar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicasio Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. If Florencio Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Rojelio struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Nicasio Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Patriarca ®. Nicasio Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Rojelio in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Aballe in the 92nd minute of play forced El Patriarca ®'s goalkeeper Nicklas Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicklas Vennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Aballe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Patriarca ®'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
