Prudencio Remicio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to BACO TEAM getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Melquiades Perez hit a great ball. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bristol City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santiago Laurentzi was slow to take the kick. During this time BACO TEAM's players had a chance to rest. The corner led BACO TEAM's Santiago Laurentzi to fire away a dangerous shot which Prudencio Remicio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fabio Kaiet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sixto Izotz came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabio Kaiet slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 31st minute. Santiago Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When Bristol City's Fabio Kaiet in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BACO TEAM's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute of the match, Fabio Kaiet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sixto Izotz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Fagildo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, BACO TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melquiades Perez to maneuver through the defense. In the 54thth minute of the game Fabio Kaiet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BACO TEAM's Sixto Izotz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 56 minutes of play, Bristol City's Alejo Gelmiro made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sixto Izotz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sixto Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Tano in the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Anacleto Huly managed to get in a good position for a shot. BACO TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Huly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Remicio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bartolo Admon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bristol City's Prudencio Remicio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Fagildo in the 65th minute of play. Fabio Kaiet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixto Izotz having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Benedicto Fagildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. BACO TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedicto Fagildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Remicio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Admon got free with Prudencio Remicio in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes BACO TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Perez. When Melquiades Perez fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BACO TEAM's protests and gave Melquiades Perez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bristol City booed when BACO TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Kaiet in the 87th minute of play forced BACO TEAM's goalkeeper Sixto Izotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixto Izotz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Lehoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Santiago Laurentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Benedicto Fagildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Remicio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bristol City players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
