Lucas Tonete stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Marquez's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Amancio Castulo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas Tonete was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 14 minutes into the game, Cristo Beti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.A FÊNIX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EZEIZA CITY the free kick. After a rather tough play, A.A FÊNIX's Cristo Beti got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Eduardo Felipo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Humberto Haimar took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Tonete. Lucas Tonete dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The A.A FÊNIX fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when A.A FÊNIX's Mario Marquez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Amancio Castulo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Tonete. Lucas Tonete dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After 30 minutes, Mario Marquez made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. EZEIZA CITY's Lucas Tonete tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Iraunkor during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 minutes, Mario Marquez made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. EZEIZA CITY's Lucas Tonete tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of EZEIZA CITY booed when A.A FÊNIX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Bakar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the game, A.A FÊNIX's Mario Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Tonete made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-16. When A.A FÊNIX's Mario Marquez in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Haimar got free with Lucas Tonete in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Mario Marquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Tonete was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
