Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raul Maiorga started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Raul Maiorga notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Egusquiza's Lorenzo Orixe. Lorenzo Orixe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Raul Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aureliano Anaya took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Orixe. Lorenzo Orixe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After having played for 20 minutes, Fidel Lia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Villa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Lia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Maiorga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Maiorga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lorenzo Orixe having to make a save. Raul Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Orixe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Shepherd in the 38th minute of play forced Deportivo Villa's goalkeeper Leonardo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidel Lia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorenzo Orixe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Deportivo Villa's Raul Maiorga got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dalmacio Shepherd was the one to do the kick off. Leonardo Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Deportivo Villa's Aureliano Anaya ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lorenzo Orixe. Lorenzo Orixe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Deportivo Villa's Leonardo Loi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Sancho in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Dionisio Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egusquiza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Dino Koehler notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Egusquiza's Lorenzo Orixe. Lorenzo Orixe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 71 minutes into the game, Dino Koehler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Villa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egusquiza the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Sancho in the 74th minute of play forced Deportivo Villa's goalkeeper Leonardo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Aureliano Anaya reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lorenzo Orixe. The goal made the score 0-5. When Fidel Lia came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Deportivo Villa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Lia couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Fidel Lia made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Orixe. Egusquiza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Fidel Lia struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Lorenzo Orixe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Villa. The supporters of Deportivo Villa booed when Egusquiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Cordeara didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Raul Maiorga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Orixe. Egusquiza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Maiorga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Dalmacio Shepherd's late challenge caught a Deportivo Villa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dalmacio Shepherd helped the player get up and apologised. Lorenzo Orixe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Lia in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Villa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Egusquiza.
