Spectators: 5110 (Terracing: 4010, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raul Maiorga took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Raul Maiorga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fermin Taurino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fermin Taurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Anaya in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Maximo Hartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Moreno's zone, Fidel Lia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Taurino came out of the goal and Fidel Lia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the game, Clemente Tartalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moreno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Villa the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Moreno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Tartalo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Fidel Lia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Villa's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Lia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Taurino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eriberto Quico took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Loi. Leonardo Loi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Deportivo Villa getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Fidel Lia hit a great ball. Raul Maiorga succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. The supporters of Deportivo Villa booed when Moreno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Tiadoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Eriberto Quico made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Moreno's Fermin Taurino got control of the ball when Fidel Lia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Aureliano Anaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fermin Taurino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Raul Maiorga's late challenge caught a Moreno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Maiorga helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moreno's goalkeeper Fermin Taurino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fermin Taurino was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Raul Maiorga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raul Maiorga really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Moreno's Fermin Taurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Anaya in the 75th minute of play. Fermin Taurino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Maiorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 82 played minutes Moreno got a freekick which was hit by Rene Olando. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Álvaro Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Villa's supporters rose to their feet, but Álvaro Dracena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Taurino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute of the match, Raul Maiorga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fermin Taurino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Victor Theobald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fermin Taurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Anaya in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Moreno's Ricardo Tiadoro got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute, Victor Theobald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moreno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Deportivo Villa played a much better game than Moreno and deserved their victory. The Moreno players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
