With an all-out effort, Patquía FC's Gavino Orzaize threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Siro Benat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gavino Orzaize came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Patquía FC's Ruben Hernandez. But to his dismay, Ruben Hernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Isaac Gipuzkoa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Matador's Gavino Orzaize. Gavino Orzaize was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 16th minute, Isaac Gipuzkoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gavino Orzaize was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Isaac Gipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gavino Orzaize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Hernandez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gavino Orzaize having to make a save. Gavino Orzaize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Hernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Matador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Siro Benat scored to the left of an out of position Gavino Orzaize, making the score, 4-0. Isidro Bazkoare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Paio in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Hipolito Emmanuel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gavino Orzaize was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Isaac Gipuzkoa scored 6-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavino Orzaize, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Patquía FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ruben Hernandez hit a great ball. Gavino Orzaize was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ruben Hernandez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 9-0 in the 48 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 9-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Isaac Gipuzkoa made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Patquía FC's Isidro Bazkoare got control of the ball when Jeronimo Paio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gavino Orzaize took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Orzaize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Hernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Gavino Orzaize was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Siro Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patquía FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
