After 29 minutes, Nemesio Gurutz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the wolfsburgo HC and the Quilaquina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Quilaquina FC booed when wolfsburgo HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Gurutz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Eliazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ur having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, wolfsburgo HC's goalkeeper Celso Silban had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Tauro. Bernabe Cruz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celso Silban came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernabe Cruz slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Tauro in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Silban saved wolfsburgo HC from getting behind. With a little luck, wolfsburgo HC's Celso Silban got control of the ball when Cristian Tauro tried to sneak it across the goal line.

In the 54th minute Teofilo Valery shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Ur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Tauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Celso Silban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wolfsburgo HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Silban should have stopped the shot. wolfsburgo HC's Celso Silban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Manuelo in the 61st minute of play. Isidro Manuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Silban having to interfere. In the 67thth minute of the game Cristian Tauro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but wolfsburgo HC's Celso Silban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute, Braulio Mingo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Cristian Tauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Silban was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Celso Silban came out of the goal and Cristian Tauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Isidro Manuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilaquina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Manuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Cristian Tauro sped through wolfsburgo HC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celso Silban. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Quilaquina FC fully deserved thier win.
