If Douglas Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Mariano Pavone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Pavone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Girasoles FC defense, Mariano Pavone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascual Guzman. The Girasoles FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascual Guzman should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute Anthar Mhenni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Guzman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascual Guzman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Pavone, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jari Thørring in the 24th minute of play forced Girasoles FC's goalkeeper Pascual Guzman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Hug made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodosio Mateus in the 25th minute. Domingo Laurentzi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Marco Ortle charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Ortle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Girasoles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Ortle to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Anthar Mhenni made a precise shot to the right of Pascual Guzman. Girasoles FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 42 minutes of play, Fortin FC's Mariano Pavone made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pascual Guzman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaias Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Monte, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Pavone to strike the kick off in the second half. Pascual Guzman came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fortin FC's Mariano Pavone. But to his dismay, Mariano Pavone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Pascual Guzman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anthar Mhenni in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Mariano Pavone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Guzman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Girasoles FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Mariano Pavone scored to the left of an out of position Pascual Guzman, making the score, 0-6. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Mariano Pavone sped through Girasoles FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pascual Guzman. Pascual Guzman came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Fortin FC's Mariano Pavone. But to his dismay, Mariano Pavone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 74th minute, Fortin FC's Jari Thørring ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pascual Guzman. Pascual Guzman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Elpidio Burutzagi charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elpidio Burutzagi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fortin FC booed when Girasoles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Burutzagi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Guzman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Teyo in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Jari Thørring cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Pascual Guzman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 87 played minutes Girasoles FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Ortle. In the 87th minute, Albino Oalo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Girasoles FC's Pascual Guzman didn't even have to move. 91 minutes into the match, Tobias Teyo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascual Guzman. Girasoles FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobias Teyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. When Jari Thørring came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Fortin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jari Thørring couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Fortin FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Girasoles FC throughout the match.
