Balerion el Terror Negro's Serafin Dantel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Azevedo in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Balerion el Terror Negro's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Sasoin came free, but Serafin Dantel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teodoro Peio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 13th minute Baldomero Rodas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Balerion el Terror Negro's Teodosio Fernandez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Tadeo Barea kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Teodoro Peio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodosio Fernandez went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Nacional's zone, Teodosio Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Peio came out of the goal and Teodosio Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Baldomero Rodas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Balerion el Terror Negro's Serafin Dantel. Serafin Dantel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 38 minutes into the game, Teodosio Fernandez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teodoro Peio. Teodosio Fernandez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Serafin Theodore made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Santiago Herrera immediately put the ball in play. Teodosio Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Teodoro Peio made a huge save.
The wind increased when Teodosio Fernandez made the kick off in the second half. Balerion el Terror Negro's attentive Oscar Erroman managed to snatch the ball when Tadeo Barea made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 54th minute, Tadeo Barea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baldomero Rodas kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Balerion el Terror Negro's attentive Fabricio Quintana managed to snatch the ball when Tadeo Barea made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Nacional's goalkeeper Teodoro Peio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodoro Peio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Fernandez in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute, Teodosio Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodoro Peio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Fernandez in the 71st minute of play forced Atlético Nacional's goalkeeper Teodoro Peio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes, Geovani Diniz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balerion el Terror Negro and the Atlético Nacional players grew even worse after the yellow card. Geovani Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Balerion el Terror Negro getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Oscar Erroman hit a great ball. Amancio Clodio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Balerion el Terror Negro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Balerion el Terror Negro's zone, Everardo Johans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Dantel came out of the goal and Everardo Johans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Oscar Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Balerion el Terror Negro's Serafin Dantel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Balerion el Terror Negro from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Nacional's goalkeeper Teodoro Peio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Nacional's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gerardo Peio was slow to take the kick. During this time Balerion el Terror Negro's players had a chance to rest. Teodosio Fernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Balerion el Terror Negro fans cheered their team off the field, for while Atlético Nacional had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
