Papato Tatengue's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Papato Tatengue's Lino Bertol quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alexander Simbert, made in the 20th minute of the game. 23 minutes into the game, Lino Bertol threw the ball into play from the sideline. Super Chechona FC's Alexander Simbert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Filiberto Luke came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Super Chechona FC's Federico Girotti. But to his dismay, Federico Girotti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 33rd minute Cipriano Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Montrelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Super Chechona FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Victoriano Flor was slow to take the kick. During this time Papato Tatengue's players had a chance to rest. Super Chechona FC's Federico Girotti got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute Federico Girotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Bernat to strike the kick off in the second half. If Modesto Guillen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Guillen in the 94th minute of play forced Papato Tatengue's goalkeeper Filiberto Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Super Chechona FC played a much better game than Papato Tatengue and deserved their victory. The Papato Tatengue players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
