After a defensive mix-up in Smash FC's zone, 乔珂光 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Mitxaut came out of the goal and 乔珂光 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Beniuc kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Acuña's Gil Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fivos Martinakis in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute Fivos Martinakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fivos Martinakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Acuña's Paulino Mitxaut threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 乔珂光, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Smash FC's Alex Beniuc got a free kick in the 30th minute. 乔珂光 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Paulino Mitxaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Viviano to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Acuña's Stig-Arne Stenman got a free kick in the 55th minute. Americo Gregory charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Paulino Mitxaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 乔珂光, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Paulino Mitxaut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Arne Stenman in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match Acuña got a corner. Smash FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 乔珂光 ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Smash FC's goalie and right to Americo Gregory. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Smash FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If 乔珂光 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Smash FC's Mario Asur got a free kick in the 88th minute. Paulino Mitxaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Serapio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Mitxaut having to interfere. The Acuña manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Smash FC to win.
