Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iker Olentzaro to make the kick off. In the 58th minute of the match Mallorca FC got a corner. CASBAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xulio Delgado ran over to the corner to take the kick. Despite this Aurelio Fernado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 60 minutes into the match, CASBAS's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Oxarra came free, but Aurelio Fernado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Lozano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Constantinescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, CASBAS's Anibal Dantae got a free kick in the 64th minute. Aurelio Fernado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aang Mahing in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to CASBAS getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Severo Gines hit a great ball. Mallorca FC were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after CASBAS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xulio Delgado took the corner. Severo Gines charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severo Gines the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Severo Gines hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. A collision led to CASBAS getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Marcus Bergström hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Victoriano Constantinescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. CASBAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Constantinescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Lozano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Lozano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severo Gines in the 91st minute. Aurelio Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Oxarra in the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CASBAS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
