With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gogo Hug prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolek Burowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julian Rocendo could save by the left post. After 19 minutes Manzano FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emiliano Dacio who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Hugo Joanes advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Gogo Hug, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Manzano FC's Julian Rocendo got control of the ball when Hugo Joanes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manzano FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tolek Burowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Julian Rocendo made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antonio Manex made a kick off. Gogo Hug made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nazario Ronaldo in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florín Friederichs was slow to take the kick. During this time Manzano FC's players had a chance to rest.
