Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Castelar F.C.'s Romeo Abar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luisito Salvatore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Castelar F.C.'s Ariel Ortega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luisito Salvatore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ariel Ortega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castelar F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Ortega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luisito Salvatore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dorados FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Ariel Ortega scored to the left of an out of position Luisito Salvatore, making the score, 2-0. Arnulfo Piarres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Gonza in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Castelar F.C. booed when Dorados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Naelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dorados FC's Geronimo Lartaun got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Luisito Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Inocente, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Ariel Ortega could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Luisito Salvatore made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Lartaun during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Geronimo Lartaun hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes, Gregorio Mendez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castelar F.C. and the Dorados FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Castelar F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Mendez. In the 33rd match minute, Dorados FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Lartaun to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Dorados FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Fernando Tristan hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Arturo Inocente made the kick off in the second half. Luisito Salvatore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Senen in the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Dorados FC's Feliberto Gonza got a free kick in the 54th minute. Arturo Inocente scored 3-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisito Salvatore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, German Senen made a precise shot to the right of Luisito Salvatore. Dorados FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Senen in the 66th minute of play forced Dorados FC's goalkeeper Luisito Salvatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorados FC's Luisito Salvatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Ortega in the 68th minute of play. Luisito Salvatore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Inocente went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Luisito Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Senen, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes Dorados FC got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Lartaun. If German Senen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisito Salvatore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romeo Abar went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Castelar F.C. getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Romeo Abar hit a great ball. With a little luck, Castelar F.C.'s Arnulfo Piarres got control of the ball when Feliberto Gonza tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Castelar F.C.'s Ariel Ortega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luisito Salvatore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. In the 96th minute, Arturo Inocente made a precise shot to the right of Luisito Salvatore. Dorados FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. There was no doubt that Castelar F.C. were the better team. Castelar F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
