Isaias Leobardo started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in CSD Pte Derqui's zone, Victorio Gregory stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Leão came out of the goal and Victorio Gregory tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gunners's zone, Angelo Demesio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Urbasa came out of the goal and Angelo Demesio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angelo Demesio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Muhittin Tuyuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Leão having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's Ignacio Nayely sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cipriano Urbasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ruperto Bide received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vladimiro Leão came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruperto Bide slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. After having played for 21 minutes, Ignacio Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSD Pte Derqui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Nayely was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the game, Ruperto Bide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Vladimiro Leão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cipriano Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Demesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When CSD Pte Derqui's Angelo Demesio in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gunners's goalie prevented a goal. CSD Pte Derqui's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rigoberto Azevedo in the 29th minute. The corner led CSD Pte Derqui's Rigoberto Azevedo to fire away a dangerous shot which Cipriano Urbasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 35th minute, Angelo Demesio made a precise shot to the right of Cipriano Urbasa. Gunners's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After 38 played minutes CSD Pte Derqui got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Tadzio. Cipriano Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Demesio in the 42nd minute of the match. Gunners's Cipriano Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Demesio in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

CSD Pte Derqui made a substitution. Gonzalo Rius replaced Israel Lazcano. Isaias Leobardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Cipriano Urbasa made a huge save. Cipriano Urbasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaias Leobardo in the 59th minute. Gunners's Cipriano Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Demesio in the 62nd minute of play. In the 66th minute Ruperto Bide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunners were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after CSD Pte Derqui's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauricio Mingo took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Mauricio Mingo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vladimiro Leão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 70th minute, Isaias Leobardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Urbasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Isaias Leobardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Cipriano Urbasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Leobardo got free with Cipriano Urbasa in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 78 minutes, Benjamin Tadzio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSD Pte Derqui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Tadzio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over CSD Pte Derqui could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gunners throughout the match.
