With a little luck, Chanilao FC's Cristobal Amor got control of the ball when Lino Hermelando tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Osoitz in the 12th minute of play forced Tellier's goalkeeper Apolo Berto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristobal Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Hermelando in the 13th minute of play. Chanilao FC's Cristobal Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Hermelando in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Lino Hermelando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tellier's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Hermelando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Amor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Hermelando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Cristobal Amor when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 47 played minutes Tellier got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Morales. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 55th minute Janusz Pająk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Tellier's Lino Hermelando to fire away a dangerous shot which Cristobal Amor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cristobal Amor came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tellier's Evelio Firme. But to his dismay, Evelio Firme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Cristobal Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Hermelando in the 88th minute of play. Cristobal Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Hermelando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artemio Gaxan kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Bartolo Otsoa lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tellier had won after a very even match.
