Elvio Pacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Paskal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 6 minutes of play, CHAMIS FC's Jesus Paskal made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elvio Pacho was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Haroldo Montxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Cha Fe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Carrascal came free, but Elvio Pacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CHAMIS FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carmelo Katia in the 17th minute. CHAMIS FC's Carmelo Katia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elvio Pacho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eulalio Medero got free with Elvio Pacho in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elvio Pacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Medero in the 23rd minute of play. CHAMIS FC's Aristides Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Phelipe in the 25th minute of play. Aristides Hodei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Atarrabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Atarrabi took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Hodei. Aristides Hodei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Hegoi Griful had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Beti in the 40th minute of the match. Augusto Jurdan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Hodei having to interfere. Elvio Pacho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Carrascal in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haroldo Montxo was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Cha Fe FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Teobaldo Phelipe hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Cha Fe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Carrascal came free, but Elvio Pacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristides Hodei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavi Iniesta, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Gogo Nuno hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Cha Fe FC's Elvio Pacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Medero in the 59th minute of play. After 67 played minutes CHAMIS FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Valentine. Cha Fe FC made a substitution. Basilio Jusepe replaced Jimeno Atarrabi. 75 minutes into the match, CHAMIS FC's goalkeeper Aristides Hodei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavi Iniesta. In the 81st minute, Anibal Abar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, CHAMIS FC's Carmelo Katia tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cha Fe FC's Gogo Nuno got a free kick in the 86th minute. Cha Fe FC's Elvio Pacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Montxo in the 87th minute of play. Aristides Hodei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Basilio Jusepe's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. When Basilio Jusepe came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Cha Fe FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basilio Jusepe couldn't finish the play. CHAMIS FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cha Fe FC for a fine match.
