Faustino Egoi made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cura del Futbol's Gogo Anaya. Alfred Pawelczyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Benvido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Aristides Villanueva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eriberto Erlantz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute Ricky Kalischer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfred Pawelczyk in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Benvido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Canalla Fuego's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Baturhan Togay was slow to take the kick. During this time Cura del Futbol's players had a chance to rest. Cura del Futbol's Baturhan Togay was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Clemente Benvido in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 33 minutes into the match, Alfred Pawelczyk notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido. Clemente Benvido was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfred Pawelczyk in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Benvido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Canalla Fuego defense, Alfred Pawelczyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Benvido. The Canalla Fuego fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Benvido should have stopped the shot. Clemente Benvido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Pawelczyk in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Aimar came free, but Eriberto Erlantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Canalla Fuego's Aristides Villanueva got a free kick in the 44th minute. Clemente Benvido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Pawelczyk in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Carlos Aimar made the kick off in the second half. Aristides Villanueva hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Alfred Pawelczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60th minute Alfred Pawelczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Benvido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Alfred Pawelczyk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Clemente Benvido. Alfred Pawelczyk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Cura del Futbol's Alfred Pawelczyk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Clemente Benvido. That made the score 1-5 after 74 minutes of play. Eriberto Erlantz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Aimar went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Canalla Fuego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Egoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Alfred Pawelczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bonifacio Reynardo lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cura del Futbol fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! The supporters of Canalla Fuego booed when Cura del Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hasan Turan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 99 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Aimar came free, but Eriberto Erlantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
