After 20 minutes of play, Palermo AFC's Rodrigo Bautista made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Urbes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Santos Rio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute of the match Palermo AFC got a corner. Bora18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcelo Domiku ran over to the corner to take the kick. Palermo AFC's Alvaro Patxi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eugenio Urbes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 37th minute Rodrigo Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Urbes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes in the game, Varol İncesu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Severino Barros having to interfere. Severino Barros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Varol İncesu's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Bora18's Eugenio Urbes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Bautista in the 47th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Palermo AFC's Marcelo Domiku got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Varol İncesu was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Bautista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Urbes was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 55 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Bautista notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Bora18's Eugenio Urbes. Eugenio Urbes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bora18's Marcos Ugaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th match minute, Palermo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cao Xi Kuan to maneuver through the defense. After 67 played minutes, Bora18's Mehmet Hakkı Üngörmüş shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severino Barros came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bora18 reached it. Severino Barros came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Bora18's Varol İncesu. But to his dismay, Varol İncesu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. If Rodrigo Bautista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eugenio Urbes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Bautista, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Santos Rio got his second yellow card in the match during the 73rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Palermo AFC's Ramon Sustrai was substituted for Egon Lätte. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stanislav Buznikin helped the player get up and apologised. Stanislav Buznikin hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Bautista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bora18's Eugenio Urbes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Bora18 from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, Maximiliano Argi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bora18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Bora18 lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
