Spectators: 7747 (Terracing: 5812, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mihai Voina kicked off to start the match. Sacachispas FC's Ignacio Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Voina in the 4th minute of play. Teofilo Claude took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eleuterio Kusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Teofilo Claude tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Niceto Foro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GMG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 20th minute of the match GMG got a corner. Sacachispas FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jacinto Valentine ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Long Feng to score against Ignacio Romo in Sacachispas FC's goal. 0-2 after 20 minutes. Ignacio Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Voina in the 24th minute of the match. Ignacio Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Voina, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ignacio Romo came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by GMG's Mihai Voina. But to his dismay, Mihai Voina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ignacio Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Foro in the 33rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mihai Voina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Romo was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. With a little luck, GMG's Teofilo Claude got control of the ball when Donato Shantala tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to GMG getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Maximino Cordara hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Sacachispas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mihai Voina came free, but Ignacio Romo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sacachispas FC's Ignacio Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Foro in the 43rd minute of play. Jacinto Valentine's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Ignacio Romo - 0-4 was put on the score board in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Locaio during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Niceto Foro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niceto Foro struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Ignacio Romo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GMG. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Kusko in the 60th minute of play forced GMG's goalkeeper Teofilo Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GMG's Teofilo Claude played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Jago in the 62nd minute of play. Albino Jago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihai Voina got free with Ignacio Romo in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Mihai Voina put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Ignacio Romo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Min in the 83rd minute of play forced Sacachispas FC's goalkeeper Ignacio Romo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as GMG's Maximino Cordara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ignacio Romo. That made the score 0-7 after 86 minutes of play. Sacachispas FC's Ignacio Romo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Sacachispas FC from getting a goal against them. Sacachispas FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Juan Min scored to the left of an out of position Ignacio Romo, making the score, 0-8. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GMG walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
