The corner ended in Pastor Domeka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Yo Soy Tu Padre's Delmar Jakes did a great save. Isidoor Grauwen thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Delmar Jakes, a very annoying self made goal in the 4th minute which led to 1-0. Delmar Jakes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Domeka, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Delmar Jakes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Domeka in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's Pastor Domeka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Delmar Jakes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Artemio Libertad got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Aurelio Noya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yo Soy Tu Padre's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Noya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelio Noya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Froylan having to interfere. Yo Soy Tu Padre's Delmar Jakes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Yo Soy Tu Padre from getting a goal against them. A well placed Pastor Domeka short distance shot in the 28th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Pastor Domeka received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Delmar Jakes came out and tried to block the shot, but Pastor Domeka slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 31st minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Pastor Domeka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yo Soy Tu Padre's Delmar Jakes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Yo Soy Tu Padre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Bikendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute of the match Pastor Domeka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Jakes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Florentino Bikendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors's zone, Teobaldo Venerando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Froylan came out of the goal and Teobaldo Venerando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delmar Jakes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Domeka's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobaldo Venerando to strike the kick off in the second half. Teobaldo Venerando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Alfonso Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arnulfo Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Inautzi kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Teobaldo Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yo Soy Tu Padre's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Venerando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boca Juniors's attack was well implemented in the 79th minute, but when Pastor Domeka was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Yo Soy Tu Padre's Delmar Jakes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Matai in the 82nd minute of play. After 82 played minutes Yo Soy Tu Padre got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Noya. If Pastor Domeka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84th minute Pastor Domeka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Froylan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Noya, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Pastor Domeka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Pastor Domeka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmar Jakes was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Boca Juniors's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
