Łukasz Fabiański showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Federigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Hipolito Osmundo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Shepherd read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Motu's attentive Uriel Lleir managed to snatch the ball when Melquiades Laurgain made a throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 23rd minute Jim Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Łukasz Fabiański showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mannie Calle, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Hipolito Osmundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prospero Shepherd having to make a save. QUASAR AZULGRANA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Hipolito Osmundo scored to the left of an out of position Prospero Shepherd, making the score, 1-0. 42 minutes into the game, Mannie Calle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Łukasz Fabiański was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Justino Constancio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Antonio Abreu hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Hipolito Osmundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motu's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Osmundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prospero Shepherd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anier Gaspard to strike the kick off in the second half. Prospero Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Osmundo in the 59th minute of the match. Prospero Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Filipo in the 60th minute of play.
