The supporters of East Tokyo United booed when Quiroga AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Cugat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Quiroga AFC's goalkeeper Guto Prestes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Bonetti. Quiroga AFC's Guto Prestes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Quiroga AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bonetti in the 11th minute of play forced Quiroga AFC's goalkeeper Guto Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Bonetti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Guto Prestes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 15 minutes into the game, Martin Bonetti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Guto Prestes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Martin Bonetti put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Guto Prestes. After 21 played minutes East Tokyo United got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Dominix. Marcelo Toribio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Sergi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quiroga AFC's Guto Prestes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Quiroga AFC from getting a goal against them. Martin Bonetti in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guto Prestes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 30th minute Fabio Sergi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Toribio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Quiroga AFC's Guto Prestes got control of the ball when Martin Bonetti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Vedillo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Ulysses Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guto Prestes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Bonetti in the 43rd minute. 43 minutes into the game, Martin Bonetti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Guto Prestes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute, Lucas Vedillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Bonetti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guto Prestes. That made the score 4-0 in the 47 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Petrică Levința made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Toribio came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Quiroga AFC's Ramon Bitxintxo. But to his dismay, Ramon Bitxintxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 55 minutes into the match, Ramon Bitxintxo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Toribio. East Tokyo United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Bitxintxo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bonetti in the 60th minute of play forced Quiroga AFC's goalkeeper Guto Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guto Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Bonetti in the 62nd minute of play. If Martin Bonetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Martin Bonetti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabio Sergi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Toribio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Quiroga AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Loi to maneuver through the defense. East Tokyo United's Renato Carvalho was substituted for Martin Bonetti. After 80 played minutes Quiroga AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Loi. Guto Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Carvalho in the 81st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Fabio Sergi could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Marcelo Toribio however easily saved by the left post. 85 minutes into the match, East Tokyo United's goalkeeper Marcelo Toribio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquilino Erasto. If Robin Hood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Petrică Levința left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The East Tokyo United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Quiroga AFC's Guto Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Levința in the 93rd minute of play. The corner led Quiroga AFC's Aquilino Erasto to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcelo Toribio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
