The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Angel Ramone made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Braulio Cordaryal sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braulio Pietro in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Ramone saved Fran Juniors from getting behind. Angel Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans van Beukering in the 12th minute of play. Fran Juniors's Angel Ramone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Fran Juniors from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, HimmeL AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Procopio came free, but Afonsinho Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fran Juniors's Eriberto Procopio got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdis Skalbergs in the 20th minute of play forced HimmeL AFC's goalkeeper Afonsinho Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind HimmeL AFC's goalkeeper Afonsinho Vergílio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Braulio Cordaryal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Angel Ramone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, HimmeL AFC's Arne Lundström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angel Ramone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Angel Ramone was a little too slow when Braulio Pietro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 4-0. Angel Ramone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 35 minutes, Valdis Skalbergs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fran Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdis Skalbergs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Fe in the 36th minute of play forced HimmeL AFC's goalkeeper Afonsinho Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Tomás Branca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HimmeL AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fran Juniors the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Tomás Branca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abelardo Azevedo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

HimmeL AFC made a substitution. Iker Hechter replaced Braulio Pietro. After 54 played minutes HimmeL AFC got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Roland. In the 56th minute Marcelino Fe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonsinho Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Lundström in the 57th minute of play. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Braulio Cordaryal sped through Fran Juniors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angel Ramone. Laurent Verhaghe hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Fran Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Hechter came free, but Angel Ramone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Arne Lundström put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Angel Ramone. Angel Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Cordaryal in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute, 梅耀宁 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angel Ramone was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdis Skalbergs in the 84th minute of play forced HimmeL AFC's goalkeeper Afonsinho Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Iker Hechter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Ramone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 梅耀宁 scored 8-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angel Ramone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. HimmeL AFC had played much better football throughout.
