The crowd rose to their feet as Monster Proyect's Maicon Toledo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Catalano. That made the score 2-0 after 18 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Onofre in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Catalano saved Club Deportivo 10 from getting behind. Vytautas Gudonis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Michael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Catalano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Johans in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th match minute, Monster Proyect was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Urbes to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute Gilberto Onofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Catalano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Gilberto Onofre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monster Proyect's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Onofre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilberto Onofre did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Pedro Catalano 42 minutes into the match. Gilberto Onofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Catalano having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Onofre made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Gilberto Onofre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pedro Catalano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, Claudio Michael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
